My fitness journey began while in high school from 2007-2011 when I was introduced to pilates & yoga as part of my dance training. During my first year of college, I become a certified personal trainer & group exercise instructor. My fitness journey took off from there as I taught various classes from Les Mills BodyAttack, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training sessions.
Since then, I have expanded by creating a collaborative fitness platform between my previous training, Occupational Therapy profession, pelvic floor training, & pre/postnatal fitness education. My goal is to help other women gain the confidence, knowledge, health, and fitness lifestyle that I have been able to achieve myself. Let me help you begin or grow even more in your fitness journey!
